Beef Salad


Салат из говядины



What you need to 8 servings Beef Salad:
500 g of beef steak (cut excess fat)
100 g rice noodles (funchozy)
1 cucumber, sliced ​​lengthwise into ribbons vegetable cutter
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup torn fresh mint leaves
Thinly sliced ​​green onions
1 small carrot, peeled, finely chopped
60 grams of salad mix
1 small fresh red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to cook beef salad:
1. Preheat a grill pan, brush it with oil. Fry the beef for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Thinly slice against the fibers.
2. Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain. Cut the noodles kitchen scissors to make it short. Return the noodles in a bowl.
3. Mix the noodles, beef, cucumber, cilantro, mint, onion, carrots, and salad mix.
4. Mix the chili, lime juice, oil and soy sauce. Pour the beef salad and mix.
5. Beef salad ready.
